Using robotic solutions and artificial intelligence we safely access to confined spaces of underground mining, open pit, tunnels, and pipelines, analyzing structures and identifying in a timely manner risks of falling objects, floods or other conditions. We carry out underground and georeferenced topography in hard to access areas.

The Exporters Directorate of PROMPERU recognizes and awards the companies of the Export Route annually for the trajectory and achievements achieved in the year in the 19 participating categories. Tumi Robotics received the Innovator Exporter award, which is awarded for standing out in the proposals that allow increasing the exportable supply of Peru.
Technological innovation has become a strategic axis of the business environment of the energy mining sector because it promotes efficiency and productivity, as well as the strengthening of human capital. The president of the SNMPE Technology and Innovation Committee, Edward Alarcón, reported that In this eighth edition of the Award for Technological Innovation in the Energy Mining Sector -which was developed in a virtual way-, a new category was incorporated in order to highlight an industry sector that in recent years has had great growth how are startups. In this way, the technology works and/or projects that were presented in this edition of the Technological Innovation Award competed in the Innovative Company, Excellence Provider, Innovative Startup, and Innovative Academic categories. In the Innovative Startup category, the SNMPE awarded first place to the company Tumi Robotics for its program “Tumi Robotics - Mining Exploration Solutions”. As part of the award ceremony, the vice president of the SNMPE Technology and Innovation Committee, Rafael Estrada, presented each of the winners with a painting designed by the renowned Peruvian artist Cherman Kino, which represents the link between the popular art of our country with technology and the energy mining sector.
With an emerging development in science and technology, the Peruvian startup Tumi Robotics today seeks to turn innovation into a high-impact tool in people's lives. Through projects that ensure the quality and use of water in our country, Tumi Robotics seeks to improve the quality of life of Peruvians and apply these models to the design of solutions that also promote the national industry. With the support of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Concytec, today models are being developed that benefit the population as well as environmental preservation and extractive industry operations. As an example, a project is currently being promoted that makes use of mobile robots for monitoring pipes, leaving behind the complications of opening trenches. Water leaks, facilities in poor condition, and clandestine connections make water management difficult for the population, and may even cause health crises. This proposal, validated in networks of North Lima, could benefit the population of Lima and Callao if it is scaled to cover the 14 thousand kilometers of Sedapal pipes in the area. Focusing on lakes and rivers, another initiative seeks to ensure their preservation, essential for the surrounding communities. Thanks to robotic models, this task can be completed more easily and regularly. As a solution, a semi-autonomous vehicle, without a crew, has been designed and implemented, which offers monitoring of water quality and topography in natural water reservoirs, with field tests in provinces such as Lima and Cusco. , currently under development in our country, can bring great improvements for the management of natural resources. By facilitating the exploration of essential infrastructure and the definition of indicators such as maximum permissible limits and environmental quality standards, directly benefits the population that depends on access to water, as well as the national industry that can make use of these technological innovations.
